Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Complete the electronic visa application form on the Visa on Web (VOW) portal. All required fields must be filled correctly. After submission, you will receive a PDF copy by email. Print, date, and sign the form.
Step 2: Book an Appointment
After submitting the application, book an in-person appointment through the Visa Application Centre’s appointment portal. This appointment is required for application submission and biometric collection. Service fees must be paid online during appointment booking. NB: Applications submitted under the wrong visa category will not be accepted.
Step 3: Prepare Your Documents
Gather all required documents based on your visa type. Documents not in English must be translated and notarized. Ensure all documents are complete and well-organized.
Step 4: Pay Your Fees
Pay the visa fee to the Belgium Embassy’s designated bank account before visiting the Visa Application Centre. Additional fees per application will also need to be included. Applications will not proceed without completed payment.
Step 5:Submit Your Application in Person
Attend your appointment at the Belgium Visa Application Centre in Bangladesh with your passport, printed application form, and documents. Your biometric data (fingerprints and photo) will be collected. Personal appearance is mandatory.
Step 6: Collect Your Passport
Once processing is complete, collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre in person or through an authorized representative, if permitted. Applicants will be notified when the passport is ready.
