Step-by-Step Application Roadmap for Paraguay

Step 1: Gather Required Documents for Paraguay
Please collect documents for your visa application. You must collect it before you step onto any other steps. This is because you need to complete the Paraguay online visa application form. So, you must translate your non-English documents after you collect them. And then, notarize your translated documents from a public notary.
Step 2: Complete the Online Visa Application Form
First, you have to find the Paraguay visa application form. You will get it on the website of the Paraguay consular section. You will get a location option from which you want to apply for your visa. You also need to upload the documents that the form mentioned. Then, submit the online application form. You will get notified about the online submission through the confirmation email.
Step 3: Complete the First Review
If an applicant has completed the application, it will go for verification. The Paraguay consular office reviews the applicant’s application. They can also ask for additional documents via email (if needed).
Step 4: Get Your Interview Schedule
Only if the application passes the first review, further processing starts. An interview is arranged to continue further processing. The embassy sends the interview date and time to the applicant via email. There is a possibility that the consulate arranges an online interview. If not, you need to attend your interview at the Paraguay Embassy in person.
Step 5: Attend Paraguay Visa Interview in India
On the appointment day, Bangladeshi citizens should travel to India. Or, attend the interview online if allowed. You need to submit the hard copies of the uploaded documents to the embassy. Bangladeshis should bring some other documents for an in-person interview. For example, a photocopy of their Indian visa and immigration entry stamp.
Step 6: Pay Paraguay Visa Fees in the Correct Order
Applicants should not pay their visa fees before their application passes the first review. After the review, consular officers will instruct you on the payment process. In person interview requires paying the visa fees at the embassy. The fee is paid in Indian rupees. For the online interview, the consular officers will help you with the payment details.
Step 7: Collect Your Passport and Your Paraguay Visa
Once your visa processing period is over, your visa decision will come out. Then, you have to collect your passport. The embassy will return your passport if you visit them. Your approved Paraguay visa will be attached to your passport’s blank page.
