Step 1: Complete Your Spain Visa Application Form
Visit the Spain Visa Application Center of Bangladesh or the BLS Center website. Select your visa category and find your visa application form. Download the Spain visa application form for Bangladeshi and complete it. Do not forget to sign before submitting it.
Step 2: Collect Your Required Documents
Applicants need to collect all the required documents as per their checklist. Note that you need to translate all the documents into Spanish and notarize them properly. The Spanish Embassy of Dhaka does not accept documents in any other languages.
Step 3: Book an Appointment for Spain Visa
Applicants need to schedule their appointment by calling the BLS center. Once your appointment is made, you are ready to visit to submit your Spain visa application for Bangladesh.
Step 4: Visit the BLS Center
Applicants must visit the Spain visa application center on the appointment day physically. Only the applicant can enter into the visa Application center to submit their documents. All the documents must be submitted in the same order as in the checklist without stapling.
Step 5: Submit Your Documents and Provide Biometrics
Submit your organized documents to the Spain visa application center. Then, you will have to provide your biometric information there. For the Schengen visa application, it is mandatory to submit biometrics such as photos and fingerprints.
Step 6: Pay Your Spain Visa Fee
The Spain visa fee is usually paid in the form of a demand draft. It is issued from Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC and made out to the “Embassy of Spain, Dhaka”. All the other visa fees, optional and BLS service charges need to be paid in cash only in BDT.
Step 7: Collect Your Passport
After the Spain visa is processed, applicants can collect their passports from the Spain Visa Application Center, in Bangladesh. Authorized representatives are not allowed to collect the applicant's passport on their behalf.
